• This event is designed for citizens of the Bristol City Council area, not political representatives or political groups.
• The event will be independently chaired.
• It's 'questions on the night' at this event. Question forms will be available from 6pm. We recommend you arrive early if you would like to submit a question.
• An independent facilitator will choose the questions which will cover a range of issues, including popular hot topics. George will not know any of the questions in advance. The question system is based on the BBC's Any Questions and is designed to ensure a fairer chance for people to put their questions to the Mayor.
• There is likely to be time for about 15 questions in the main part of the event. Time permitting, there will be a period until the close of the event at 2015 for questions on other issues that habven't already been covered.
• Finally, please ensure you use your correct email address. This is where your ticket will be emailed. If you do not provide the correct address, you will not receive the acknowledgement email or ticket.
